Let's make sushi! 來做壽司!今天想吃壽司，所以下班前打電話給小胖叫他買好材料。我要做的是加州壽司捲，裡面包脆瓜酪梨還有蟹肉。我的版本裡面還加了蛋，來做壽司囉！第一步，把食材處理好。脆瓜一條，要切一條條長狀，兩個酪梨也要切成一條條的才好包。我用的是假的蟹肉條，用奶油煎過。蛋三個打散倒入平底鍋煎，然後切成長條。飯煮好要加醋和糖，大概半杯醋四匙糖的比例。Today I want to eat sushi, so before I got off from work, I called xiao-pang and asked him to buy sushi materials. The portion is about half cup of vinagar and four tea spoons of sugar. 第二步，把飯平均分布在海苔上。Step two, spread the rice on the seed weed wrapper. 第三步，把食材放在要捲的前頭。Step three, put all the materials at the front of the wrapper. 第四步，開始包囉！捲的時候要壓緊不然切的時候會散掉 。Step four, it is time to wrap.
